Fourth of July

Sorry that it has taken so long to update. We spent fourth of July at the beach with Gan, Mr. Gene, and GG. We soaked up the sun, played cornhole, drank a few beers, had an encounter with the fire department, watched great fireworks and just enjoyed time with the family. Here are a few of the pictures.

They still won't look at the camera at the same time :(
Gan and Caroline played on the beach all day every day. Mr. Gene even took her all the way in the ocean (with her life vest of course). She had never done that before.

Water Park at our House

Gan bought this waterslide last year for the girls and we finally put it up for Caroline on Sunday. She absolutely loves it. We will probably have to put it up every day for the rest of the summer. Look at her facial expressions as she is sliding down.

Still attempting a good picture together

We love the Beach!

We have become Beach Bums this summer. We have become spoiled since Big and MeMe rented the condo and we have so much access to it. We spent a weekend with them at the beach in early June and then we spent almost a whole week there a couple of weeks ago - a weekend without kids and the rest with the kids. Thanks to Mom and BeBe for keeping the kids so we could get a little break. It was so much fun both times, but these are the only pictures I have....and they are not even good. I have to start doing better. Sorry. Ada has some from the weekend, but I don't know if they are going to make it to this site.

New Cousin

We have a new cousin in our family!!!! Elizabeth and Mike had a baby girl yesterday afternoon (May 20). Her name is Libby Ann and she is precious. They are going to send me a picture as soon as they get home so I will be sure to post it. Congratulations!

Local Circus

On Monday afternoon a pretty big circus was at the Ag Center for 2 shows. Pops, Wes and I took Daelyn and Caroline to see what it was all about. We enjoyed pony rides, cotton candy, and even an elephant ride. I am pretty impressed for this to have been in our area. The girls enjoyed it so much and were on their best behavior. Check out our pictures....
