Spring Time
We are so happy that Spring is finally here. I have one last picture from the snow day this winter that I forgot to post. This is a picture of Caroline after she came in from playing in the snow. She sat down to eat her dinner and fell asleep at the table! After we woke her up and bathed her she hung out on the couch with Arianna and her Dad.
We had a few nice weekends after the big snow fall and Emerson came to town to play.
Mr. Gene and Gan kept the girls one night while Wes and I went out and this is how they entertained Caroline.
BeBe had a big birthday this year. She turned the big 60! We ate cupcakes with her on her actual birthday at our house and then had a big lunch to celebrate with friends and family at Dockside that Sunday.
Here we are waiting for the school bus on a rainy April morning.
Lastly, we celebrated Grandparents day at school on Friday and I forgot the camera, but Caroline made the SA home page. Go to www.southamptonacademy.org and you will see her on the stage singing with her class. We are so proud!
I know, I know....I must do better taking pictures of my sweet Arianna. I just don't have many pictures of her this time. She absolutely hates a camera.

Snow Day!!!!
After a season full of anticipation, we finally got a pretty good snow day. Me and the girls got bundled up and went outside to play. Wes had to go to work. We stayed out there for a little while, but is was soooooo cold that we decided we would wait for Daddy before we attempted the snowman thing. Here are a few pictures from our day.

January & February
Just a quick update with everything that we have been doing - mostly nothing.
Caroline has a new fascination with cooking. It must come from her Dad because it is not really my thing. Her favorite thing to make is Rice Krispie Treats.
A few pictures of my sweet baby playing at home. She is walking or shall I say running everywhere she goes these days.
We did enjoy a few weekends that the weather was perfect for a little time outside - finally. If it is not going to snow we would like for it to warm up so we can burn some of our energy off outside! Wes put the moon bounce up and both girls like it.
Hailey was even so worn out that she took a nap on the moonbounce while the girls took naps inside.
Arianna and Mary Rian eating a little lunch
And last but not least....my big girl started riding the bus home from school. She looks like such a grown up!

HAPPY HOLIDAYS - PART 2
Lets see where I left off. On Sunday, December 21st we went to church with the whole family and then headed to GG's for lunch and Christmas with our Babb family and then headed to Connie's for dinner and Christmas with our Rose family. I don't have many pictures - only a small attempt of a photo with all of GG's great grandkids minus Emerson. Also, a picture of Gan and Mr. Gene walking from Church to GG's house because it was easier than getting all of these kids in carseats to go across the street.
Next came the week of Christmas - We had Christmas at Big and MeMe's on Tuesday night, went to church and had Christmas at Gan's on Wednesday night. Click on the link below to see the Christmas program at church.
We hung out with our great friends Ricky and Ada late on Christmas Eve night. We tried to stay up until we saw Santa, but we must have just missed him. When we got up Christmas morning we found that our living room looked like this:
Caroline and Arianna were so excited that Santa had left us all of these toys. They were very good girls this year!
After we ate Breakfast and tried to clean up the house a little since it looked like a tornado had hit it, we headed for Christmas with BeBe and Pops and Staci and her family. Then it was home for a few naps and back over to GG's to finish off the holiday season. Needless to say it took several days to rest after the busy festive season.
Did I forget to mention that Donna and I spend countless hours monogramming about 100 items over the holiday, Wes and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary, Arianna turned 1, and Caroline started school. I also had volunteered to be in charge of Caroline's Christmas party at school, but became so overwhelmed that I handed that task over to Missy. Thank you so much Missy. I owe you one! We are happy to be taking it easy and wish everyone a Happy New Year! We are looking so forward to the end of hunting season on Saturday as well - at least me and the girls are - Wes...not so much!
